Spiny Box Puffer

Length: Grow up to 9 inches long.

Foods: Feeds on meaty foods: such as: chopped squid, scallops, and krill. Will feed on crabs, shrimps, and small fish.

Reef Compatibility: Not Reef Safe.

Water Conditions: Temp. 73-78F. Salinity 27-31ppt or 1.020-1.023, pH 8.1-8.4

Special Needs: Needs a fairly large tank, a Protein Skimmer is recommended due to all the waste this fish gives off, likes to hide, noctural, can be housed with other puffers and don't catch it with a net.
