Double-saddle Butterfly

Length:Grows to about 8 inches long.

Foods:Feeds on meaty foods such as: chopped squid, scallops, mysis shrimp, and invertebrates.

Reef Compatibility:Not Reef Safe but may be sometimes be kept in a reef tank (caution).

Water Chemistry: Temp. 75-78F. Salinity 27-31ppt or 1.020-1.023 sg., pH 8.1-8.4. Does not fare well with fluctuations in temperature,salinity and pH.

Special Needs: This fish needs strong filtration such as a protein skimmer and u.v. sterilizer is recommended, and recommended for an established tank.
