Length: Grows to about 15 inches.
Foods: Feeds mainly on meaty foods such as: sponges, finely chopped squid, mysis shrimp, broccoli, Angel Formula or foods enriched with Zoecon.
Reef Compatibility: Not Reef Safe.
Water Chemistry: Water Temp. 72-79F. Salinity 27-31ppt or 1.020-1.023 sg, pH 8.1-8.4. Does not fare well with fluctuations in temperature,salinity and pH.
SpecialNeeds: This fish needs strong filtration such as a protein skimmer, U.V. sterilizer is recommended, needs a lot room to swim, it is very territorialamd cannot be kept with other large angels from the same Holocanthus family. Recommended for an established tank.
